When you create an account, we collect your name (or stage name), email address, and a securely hashed password via Supabase Authentication. We do not store raw passwords.
Your account data is used solely to provide you with access to the Collect Your Royalties platform, track your progress through the 5-phase roadmap, and manage your subscription tier.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Messages you send to The Collector AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We do not store your chat history on our servers. Chat messages are not used to train AI models.
At no time will Collect Your Royalties or any of its operators receive royalties from your written or recorded works. We charge a flat monthly subscription fee. That is the only payment we collect.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with our service providers (Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI features) as needed to operate the platform.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible. To delete your account entirely, contact us at collectyourroyaltiesnow@gmail.com.
